Finally!
Finally, what could be the meaning of
this? What’s with the word “finally” that it makes me feel so happy and giddy
while saying? “Finally”, I can say this with so much happiness and contentment,
with peace and meaning, with confidence and sincerity, with honesty and love.
It makes me feel like I’m in cloud nine! “Finally”, I love saying this word,
for it says a lot about how blessed I am. Finally, I feel ecstatic, excited,
and in-love.
Yes, I’m in-love! I am, now. The kind
of love I thought I didn’t need, the love I thought that wasn’t for me, the
love I thought I wouldn’t get. He loves me too, and for that, I say thank you.
Thanks for that guy, for he made me this happy! Now, it’s time to tell him
these.
Thank you for being there when he's not
around. Thank you for accepting me when he cannot even look at me. Thank you
for seeing through me when everyone just looks at me, judging me. Thank you for
appreciating me when he cannot even see what to appreciate about me. Thank you
for loving me when I nor he cannot love me for being me, and thank you for
catching me and staying with me when I started to fall for you too. I may not
say this to you often but I am deeply grateful for what you have made me feel.
And for the first time, I'd like to say this to you, thank you for loving me,
and I am so thankful because I love you too. I love you so. Yey! Just how Anna
sings it in the movie Frozen, for the first time in forever, the feeling is
mutual. Finally, a man taught me to appreciate things, to take chances, to be
happy, and to love again…
That man is indeed a very special man
for me, someone whom I will not forget. This relationship may not last forever
because there are many things that may happen in the future, change of plans,
change of hearts (feelings), but one thing is for sure, we will see to it that
we will do everything just to make it last. I will always remember and love
this guy. He is and will always be that one guy who stood up for me and chose
me. I never really thought that someone can love me as much as I love him and
even if our situation is not easy, I won’t say that it’s complicated because
it’s not. We may have faced issues just because we like each other, but we
never gave up, and that’s something.
I can’t wait for you to come back and
never leave. On that day, I’ll wake up early and prepare everything. I’ll cook
every dish that you love, call on all the special people to you, and take care
of everything that you need, just to prove to you that it is still best to be
here. But now, focus on achieving every dream that you have, and enjoy your
stay there. I won’t ask you anything because you’re already making me happy. But
of course, I’m still waiting to the day that I won’t think of what’s right and
just be selfish and say these to you…
